Если вы любите шампиньоны, то этот салат для вас. Шампиньоны, помидоры, листья салата - пахнет весной и летом. Вперед, друзья!
Ингредиенты:
300 г шампиньонов,
1 помидор,
1 пучок салата,
оливковое масло,
соль,
черный молотый перец,
черный молотый перец,
1/2 лимона.
Протрите шампиньоны (мыть не стоит, потому что грибы вберут в себя слишком много воды), порежьте, положите в глубокую тарелку, залейте соком из половинки лимона. Добавьте соли, перца; перемешайте; дайте настояться в течение 40 минут.
Салат порвите, положите
на тарелку. Порежьте помидоры, добавьте их к салату. Положите шампиньоны.
Заправьте все оливковым маслом. Салат готов.
